Privacy, in plain language.
This page explains the information handling built into this version of the Kokantech website.
Project brief form
The form prepares an email draft or a downloadable text file using the details you enter. The website does not store those details in a database or send an enquiry automatically. An email is sent only when you choose to send it through your email app. Avoid including passwords, financial information, or other sensitive details.
Browsing this website
This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them. The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and secure the site.
Email enquiries
If you send an email to sales@kokantech.com, the details you choose to share will be available to Kokantech for responding to your enquiry. Your email provider also processes the message under its own policies. Contact the same address with questions about information you have shared.
Your downloaded file
You control the brief after downloading it. You can edit it, delete it, or choose to share it. Information shared through another service is subject to that service’s handling practices.
